THIS PRODUCT IS DOWNLOADED IN WORD SO YOU CAN MAKE CHANGES TO IT AS NEEDED. (Example: just type in your student's names!)
This product is a "Cheat Sheet" that special ed. and gen. ed teachers will frequently use to remind themselves of what is in each special ed. student's IEP instead of digging out and through their IEP, which can be time consuming. The "Cheat Sheet" is a "quick see" that I use to summarize all of my students IEP's so I don't have to carry it around. The sheet contains information such as...
-Student's Identification (SLD, SLI, ID, OH, OT, etc...)
-Goals (Whether or not they have reading, writing, math, behavior, speech, occupational therapy goals, etc...)
-Students LRE (Least Restrictive Environment)
-Student's Accommodations and Modifications
It's a great reference sheet for both the special ed. and gen. ed. teacher and even the admin. As a special education teacher, I find that it's helpful to carry a handy "Cheat Sheet" with me throughout the day. It's also great to give the general education teachers a copy of the "Cheat Sheet". The gen. ed. teachers appreciate it and you cover yourself in regard to your responsibility in making the gen. ed. teachers aware of the special ed. student's needs. Principals will be really impressed too! Use this table to highlight each students needs. Or use it as an example in making your own chart.
