In a time when the Speech Language Pathologist(SLP) has to manage large caseloads, this is a great way to visually categorize your students. This is a tool for Speech Language Pathologists to organize and group students on their caseloads. SLP’s will be able to use this reference for planning therapy and managing their student’s goals and objectives. This goal chart includes three sets of charts in various as well as a ruled and un-ruled version.
The Individualized Educational Plan(IEP) Goal chart provides a quick reference for therapy planning. Often, therapists are asked to identify which speech and language skills are the most deficient on their caseloads. This chart also helps SLP’s determine how to group students for therapy.
Directions: Print the chart. Look at your goals and objectives for an individual student on your caseload. Write his/her name in the box or boxes that corresponds to his goals/objectives. Do this for each student on your caseload. Now you are ready to schedule your therapy groups!
