IEP ELECTRONIC ACCOMMODATION TRACKER How To Track and Store IEP Accommodations using Google Forms and Google Sheets. This is a convenient way to ensure all teachers are receiving and using accommodations that are set up in a student’s Individual Education Plan. Everything is saved electronically including all the student’s instructors responses using these simple to follow directions for setting up tracking forms in your Google drive. All you need to have is a gmail account. You can use create your own or if your school uses Google gmail, you can use your school gmail account. Gmail is free to use, simply go to there website to set up a gmail account. As a caseload teacher we do not service our student’s for the entire day. Now we can ensure all General Education and Special Education instructors are documenting legal accommodations within the school building and classrooms. No more worrying about tracking and losing documented accommodations that were completed on a daily or weekly basis.
