Hello there, you amazing teachers!!
My name is Caroline and I am an online English teacher. Before teaching online, I taught Special Education for nine years in Title 1 public schools in New York City and Vermont. I know the importance of a great incentive. This ice cream reward is a great classroom incentive for both the online and physical classroom.
The possibilities for this reward are endless! You can choose how to best use it in your classroom. Some ideas:
-Individual students that struggle with behavior can earn ice cream scoops each time they do something great or make a great behavioral choice. It is a great visual.
-You could hang this in front of your classroom and use it as a whole classroom reward. Perhaps, when the ice cream is tall enough, they earn an ice cream party!
-Young online students can earn ice cream scoops one by one and pretend to eat the ice cream!
How do I use this resource?
This reward is a digital download. Assembly is required. Product set-up instructions are included in this download. You will want to use a laminator to laminate. You will also want velcro or magnets to display reward.
Print, laminate, add hook and loop fastener or magnets! Follow the set-up instructions included to create a fun and engaging reward chart for young students. This could even be used for toilet training. The possibilities are endless!
