NOTICE: This product is designed for students who are working with Canadian Money!
This is an alternative for kids who struggle with the Next Dollar method, and transfers into what we experience during our community based instruction outings. My students come with $5's, $10', and $20's when we go out into the community, so this is a great way to practice making purchases using what they usually bring.
This set has 6 pages/ 24 cards. , and has 2 levels. The first set of 12 cards in each set consists of prices on the dollar. The second set has dollars and mixed coins. Each card has a field of 2 with pictures of the coins/bills as choices. $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20 are used. Students read the price for the item, then select the bill or coin that would best cover the item.
