This is a collection of items:
1. A paragraph with reading comprehension questions. In the paragraph, Alicia describes her ideal home. The questions review house and chore vocab as well as question words and how to respond to questions.
2. Two different versions of guidelines and a rubric for a student oral presentation on their ideal future home.
I typically do the reading comprehension with students one day , then introduce the project the next day, providing a day or a day and a half in class for students to prepare their scripts.
These activities were designed with the "Avancemos I" Ch 5 vocabulary in mind, but would work with any unit focused on chores and the house.
