These two graphics can be used when teaching students how to identify cause and effect relationships. The bowling ball and pin is a great way to build students' schema. They are great reminders for students as how to identify the cause vs. the effect.
I have copied the bowling graphic two to a page and given it to students to keep in their reading notebooks. I have also used it with 2nd grade students as a handout and they wrote the cause and effect right onto the ball and pin.
The other graphic organizer can be used with all ages. Younger students can draw pictures.
