This is part of my Place Value Bundle (Place Value Centers Bundle
Students can practice identifying the correct place value in six digit numbers with this center activity. Students will roll a die with a place on it (ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands, and hundred thousands). They will spin a spinner (using a paperclip and pencil) to get a digit. Students will then have to record the digit in the correct place on a recording sheet. After students have made a number, they will either write the number in expanded notation or in word form.
There are different recording sheets provided. Two of the recording sheets have the places labeled, the other two recording sheets do not have the places labeled.
