This is a two page document that can apply to ANY story. On the front, students are provided with a description of the four types of conflict (person vs. self, person vs. person, person vs. society, and person vs. nature). Students are directed to complete a chart that identifies four different conflicts in a piece of literature, provide text evidence, and describe how it was "resolved." On page two, students work on a paragraph that asks them to analyze the conflicts. They will identify the MOST significant conflict in the story and write to support their answer with evidence and analysis.
