Teaching kids about emotional regulation and how to identify, express and manage feelings? This is a line art storybook lesson (written in the format of existing Dealing-With-Feelings storybook lessons) – that students can customize themselves!

Use of visuals, communication options, feelings and emotions activities and calming strategies are modeled in this story in an age appropriate manner.

This free sampler also shows the use of a number of items included in Feelings Visuals and Activities: posters, feelings scales, calming cards, printables and more!

Two PDF copies are included in this zip file. The second file is an 8 1/2 x 14, paper-saving print option, for creating double-sided booklets on only three sheets of paper.
