This interactive notebook includes 36 idioms for the school year. Each idiom comes with full-color photo tutorials to help you and your students put your interactive notebook together.
Each idiom takes up just one sheet in your interactive notebook. I usually introduce the idiom on Monday during our language time and then we do various review activities (not included) throughout the week. These can be as simple or complex as you like them to be.
I currently have photographs of my interactive notebook uploaded into the file. I will be updating this file throughout the school year to include student work samples of each page as well.
The entire file is in black and white. I prefer to print the sheets on colored paper, rather than wasting ink.
I have used very simple to cut out templates for this interactive notebook. I believe that the focus of interactive notebooks should be the content, not the cutting. Most are rectangular or square in shape, although one template is circular.
PLEASE NOTE: All printers print differently. You may need to adjust your printing size based on your personal printer. For example, at my house, I can simply hit 'print' and it prints out exactly the right size. However, when I print at my school, I need to reduce my printing size to 80%.
