Great literacy center activity for Kindergarten students that gives them practice matching the text (written words) to the correct illustrations! Sentences are on the glass part of a mask and snorkel, and pictures are on the flippers. Students read the text (mask and snorkel) then choose which picture matches the words they read (on the flippers). This activity comes with 2 student worksheets to complete after the activity. Students write their own sentence based on the picture and/or students draw their own illustration and then write a sentence. Great for differentiation! Print on card stock, laminate, and place at a center! Also great for high Pre-K, lower level first graders or ESE students.
