Product Description
This 7 page book is great to do (1 or 2 pages each day) at the beginning of TK and then, send it home with the parents at your "Meet The Teacher" night! :)

Cover: Students draw a self portrait and color it to match the clothes they are wearing. (This page is fun to do on the first day of school.)

Page 1: Color the crayons with their 3 most favorite colors. Since this page is simple, it’s a good day to do two pages.

Page 2: Using watercolor paints, have the students paint a simple picture, like a flower.

Page 3: Give each child a piece of colored construction paper cut to about 3” X 6”.
Have them cut up into strips. They may be straight or zig-zag strips. Have them glue the pieces on to page 3.

Page 4: Give each child about 12 squares of colored construction paper cut to about
1/2” X 1 1/2”. You can also use a die cut machine to cut the squares for you.
Starting from the bottom of the frame on page 4, have the students build towers with their paper blocks and glue them to the page.

Page 5: Give each child a handful of “peel and stick” Fun Foam letters to stick to this page. If you don’t have Fun Foam letters, have the students write any letters they can with marking pens or highlighters.

Page 6: Give each child 10 small items that glue well to paper, such as Cheerios, cotton balls, small pieces of colored construction paper or Fun Foam, or pom-poms.
The students glue one item to each number and then practice counting them.

I hope you enjoy completing this book with your students.
