Description

This is a paragraph-long reading which asks students to not only understand what is read, but to interact with the reading by choosing between two verbs that would best fit into each sentence of the reading. The students are choosing between verbs in the preterite and in the imperfect to show comprehension of the differences between the these tenses. There is also an answer key included. This activity can also be used as a quiz so long as your students are familiar with all of the vocabulary in the reading. The reading is about a family vacation.
