Product Description

Are you looking for a fun winter-themed activity for 4th grade fraction centers? Students will convert the improper fraction snowflakes to mixed numbers and then place them into the correct snow globe. Each snow globe includes a range of numbers. This requires students to compare their mixed number to other mixed numbers and whole numbers each time, which can be a challenge!

Use as part of your small group instruction or as a whole group challenge. Place the snow globes around the room and let it “snow” to allow students to get moving while they practice! Your students will love this activity!
