Description

Do you need fun activities to teach & practice improvisation? Music Improvisation Chant feels like a game. The simultaneous instrument activities and rotation pattern that accompany this original chant put students at ease while learning to create their own music. Because multiple students are improvising at the same time, no one is "put on the spot."

From Happy Teachers Using this Resource

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamie S. - Easy to follow and a great start up resource for improvisation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. Guse - Fun activity to add to our learning on improvisation in different learning approaches.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rachel M. - This lesson is so easy to follow! The creator did a workshop for us, and I had so much fun with this activity. I can't wait to share it with my students!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hayley H. - I used this in a college class with my classmates and professor as "students". My "students" actually really enjoyed the lesson and thought it would be very engaging for 3rd-6th maybe 7th grade depending on the students. I am going to use it with my 5th grade students next semester to see how they like it. Thank you for the great resource.
