This worksheet helps students work with the concept of impulse. The student is asked to calculate impulse directly and through the Impulse-Linear Momentum Theorem. The student is also asked to examine impulse graphically and conceptually.
This is appropriate for a high school physics course. I usually use it as either an in-class activity or as homework right after I introduce the concept of impulse. It could also be used as a review of the concept of impulse for an AP Physics course.
This homework is included in the complete lesson on Impulse
