In The News- May Edition (rainforests, pond life, healthy body, volcanoes)

My kids love magazines and so I thought I would make them on topics they might find interesting and/or things I am teaching about! This is the May series. I designed it to be printed onto 11 x 17 paper and then folded in half like a pamphlet/book, but it can be printed onto letter sized paper and made into a pamphlet or stapled like a book as well. There are printing directions included.

This month includes the following articles:

1. Tropical Rainforests: layers, animals, products from the rainforest

2. Life in the Pond: ponds vs. lakes, animals, food chain

3. Move Your Body!:exercise, your heart

4. Volcanoes:what are they?, types of volcanoes, parts of a volcano
