Into the Haunted House…
I just completed this writing and craft activity with my class and they had a ball!
It was so much FUN!
My students came up with the best stories and they used incredible sensory words in their writing!
We started with making a class graph of who would go into a haunted house.
We then used our flap book to brainstorm and write down sensory words of what we might see, hear, smell, and touch in a haunted house ( I left out taste… because… well, gross!)
The students then wrote stories and made some awesome haunted houses!
