Incentive charts with a fun jungle theme. The file contains 13 pages with 6 different pictures on each page. I use these incentive charts for a behavior plan in my classroom. When a student behaves for the day, he or she receives a sticker. Once a student receives five stickers (can be changed to any amount), they can take a trip to the treasure box or any reward of your picking. You can also use these incentive charts for any number of motivational or behavioral record-keeping tasks. In the past, I've also laminated these charts to use with an overhead marker instead of the stickers.
You can use these to keep track of student behavior or something different. I use these now in my library. Every time a class brings back all of their library books, the class gets a sticker. Once a class gets a certain amount of stickers, they get a prize.
*Updated* The file is editable, so you can type the student's name on the file and print it out.
*When looking at the preview file, the pictures may not show the boxes the correct way.
