At our school, we follow the CHAMPs program for behavior. I saw an idea on Pinterest for incentive punch cards and decided to roll with it in ways I saw fit in my classroom. Here is the Behavior CHAMPion card to reward behavior. At the end of the day, I use a hole puncher to punch one or two holes in their card depending upon their behavior.
Something I found to work well was to have a gumball machine in the classroom. Instead of a treasure box or something similar, when the kids fill their punch cards, they can visit the gumball machine. Each color gumball is a different reward that the class came up with together (most free, in class incentives).
Hope you enjoy!
