This activity is designed to be used as review after instruction and practice has already taken place. Students are asked to identify the increasing and decreasing intervals for two similar graphs (many of the turning points and x-intercepts are the same). This activity is designed to be challenging to allow students to reach the level of content mastery.
Three different versions of this activity are included as well as associated answer keys. Students can sort intervals in inequality or interval notation form or develop the intervals on their own.
