Product Description

I keep a class library of all kinds of books , primarily young adult fiction but also some non-fiction and adult or classic titles, and every block day my students are requires to read for 30 minutes. I give them a grade for it. During their reading they must annotate using sticky notes.

I place instructions for annotation on the screen during the reading time. I'll attach those instructions below.

At the end of reading time, the students have a Book Diary within which they are to write one paragraph of at least 5 sentences about what they read that day. I am placing Book Diary as my next product.

At the end of the grading period, I give an "Independent Reading Assessment" so that they are responsible for finishing the book that grading period. I will also post that as a different product. I wanted to place it here, but I can't seem to upload more than one document below.
