These two different versions of Independent Working Behaviors sheets are designed to be used by classroom teachers as recordkeeping forms or for classroom observers such as administrators, lead teachers, mentors, preservice teachers, student teachers, researchers, or college professors. Both versions have space for both teacher name(s) and observer name(s).
Use this sheet as a way to track participation/responsibility points and to give credit where credit is due.
This sheet can also be helpful when writing report card comments or making contact with stakeholders.
Each row can be cut apart and given to an individual student or his/her parents.
Students can evaluate themselves using a cut-apart row.
Copy this sheet onto duplicate or triplicate paper so multiple copies can easily be retained and shared.
Maintain one of these sheets for each student in your class or use this sheet to track multiple students. Your choice!
