Based on Paso a Paso 1 Chapter 12 (or a similar section in Realidades), this sheet asks students to use traer, dar, and indirect object pronouns to answer questions of increasing difficulty according to Bloom's Taxonomy.
Section 1: Knowledge (16 questions)
Students conjugate traer or dar according to the subject of the sentence while ignoring the indirect object pronouns.
Section 2A: Comprehension (16 questions)
Students fill in the correct indirect object pronoun (using clues in the answer) and form of the verb (traer or dar) to answer questions.
Section 2B: Comprehension (8 questions)
Students fill in the correct indirect object pronoun (no clues in the answer, only in the question) and form of traer to answer questions.
Section 3: Application (8 questions)
Students translate sentences or questions that use IOPs and traer or dar.
Section 4: Analyze (5 questions)
Students are presented with questions and their answers, but each set has one error that students must circle and correct.
I used this with my 9-10th graders when they struggled with IOPs. It works best when you can work with students in groups to identify their weak points and correct them together. I call it tarea, but giving it as homework is not ideal.
