I started using this behavior chart for one of my tough kiddos. He gets a new chart every morning and afternoon. He has to earn 4 stickers or marks in the morning to reach his goal. Then he receives his reward (right now his reward is extra computer time, could be anything to best fit your student). In the afternoon he gets a new chart and he has to earn 4 in the afternoon to receive his reward. This can be used to target one specific behavior, which would be discussed between you and the student.
