These individual behavior passes can be used as part of a behavior/incentive plan for individual students. The day is broken into 5 sections, which could be modified to fit the student's schedule. We allowed the student to choose a pass for the day. Throughout the day, his/her teachers would mark how they had behaved in each class. At the end of the day, if they had received enough "positive" marks, they earned the pass to keep and use. This can be phased/adjusted as the child's behavior improves). For example, they may only need 2 positive marks in the beginning, phasing up to 3, then 4.
