April Themed Individualized Behavior Charts
Have a student with behavior issues who needs help to be accountable for his behavior? Are you a special education or regular ed. teacher who needs to track and document student behaviors? These behavior charts are the perfect way to provide individual behavior supports for challenging students in any classroom setting! A point sheet is a great way to visually hold a student accountable for their behavior choices in the classroom! In this editable version, you can set your own point scale and times or subjects to completely personalize this for your students’ needs. The behavior charts are April/Easter themed. Choose a point scale, set goals, print, and get started!

I used the font KG Miss Kindergarten in the original version. You can download the font free for personal use here
