This concise one sheet of guidelines will prepare and equip students to research and present key information to the class about the key characteristics of a modern day entrepreneur. There are 15 entrepreneurial topics provided to be researched and presented by students. This instructional format is flexible based on the time you'd like to permit each student. I have my students pick 10 of the 15 areas provided that they would like to present on. They have 4-6 minutes to present. I used to have students provide all 15 topics but the presentation were 8-10 minutes long per student. The amount of hours needed for students to sufficiently complete this project and be ready to present to the class should be anywhere from 5-10 hours.
I use this for my Business class but you can also use it for Economics or History as well. If you use it for U.S. History I would alter it to selecting an American Entrepreneur in a relevant century or decade according to your unit plans.
