These behavior goal sheets are great alternative to a one-size-fits-all classroom management system. Students choose a goal and work toward meeting it 10 times to earn a reward.
There is a tracking sheet for each goal that has a chart with 10 boxes on it. Each goal is stated as an "I Can" statement. When you see the positive behavior happening, you can use a sticker, stamp, etc. to mark the box. When all 10 boxes are filled, students can trade in the chart for a reward of your choosing.
These are most successfully used when students reflect on what behavior they need to work on and pick their own goal accordingly. There are tips inside explaining how I use these in my classroom.
I've also included options for students who already show positive behavior, but could pick an area to stretch themselves.
*be a leader
*stay in my spot
*finish my work
*walk quietly in line
*control my voice
*pick a good work spot
*clean up my stuff
*say kind things
*get where I need to be promptly
*make good choices
*share my thoughts
*ask for help
*BLANK SHEET - you can write in a goal
