My powerpoint presentations are typically short and sweet. You will not see slides with an overwhelming amount of information. I use these presentations after my kids have had the chance to explore the topic through text and other resources.
This 20 slide presentation will give your students the essence of the Industrial Revolution. It discusses how the Revolution started and highlights the following inventions: Cotton Gin, Lowell Mills, Interchangeable Parts, Mechanical Reaper, Steel Plow, Steamboat, and the Telegraph.
Included is a graphic organizer (front and back of one sheet of paper!) for students to complete as they follow along with the powerpoint. The note taking is along the lines of a "cloze" reading with some questions.
Please look for my "Create Your Own Invention" add on for this product.
If you have a moment, I would love to hear from you. Thanks!
