In this unit, students will learn how to use inequalities in maths. The unit starts with an introduction to the notation of inequalities (both inclusive and exclusive inequalities), and then students will learn how to find integers that satisfy inequalities, including the highest or lowest integers that satisfy a particular inequality, how to represent inequalities on number lines and how to write inequalities representing sets shown on number lines, and how to solve linear inequalities.
