This is a 3-page test with 24 questions over one-variable and linear inequalities.
Questions 1 through 3 gives the student a one-variable inequality and asks the student to graph the inequality. Questions 5 through 7 gives the student a description such as "m is at most 12" and asks them to write an inequality. Questions 9 through 11 gives the student a graph and asks them to write the inequality. Questions 4, 8 & 12 ask the student to go back to a particular question and list 3 solutions. Questions 13 through 18 gives the student a linear inequality in either slope-intercept or standard form and asks them to graph. Two of the questions also ask for 3 solutions. Questions 19 & 20 give the student a mini-word problem such as "Charles owns no more than 20 video games" and asks them to define a variable, write an inequality, find 3 solutions and then graph. Question 21 asks the student to graph the system of inequalities and to name 3 solutions. Finally questions 22 - 24 ask the student to solve the inequality (including solving for y).
2 forms of the test are included as well as a key.
