This is a fun coloring activity over writing one-variable inequalities from what I like to call "mini-word problems".
The student reads the mini word problem such as "Michael owns at most 28 Star Wars figurines" and then selects the appropriate inequality from 3 choices. Next they use their answer to color in a tessellation design. Some inequalities are written "backwards" so as to make the questions more challenging. 8 questions total. Key included.
Coloring is engaging and makes the work more fun. If you're going to color, it might as well be math! Key included.
