Do your students struggle understanding the purpose of inequalities and how they differ from equations? Here is an activity that takes students on a journey that involves building a table of values, creating the ordered pair, graphing the points, determining whether the line is solid or dashed, and finding the solution set. This activity is interactive and visually guides students through the concept of linear inequalities. My students really liked this activity because it was easy to follow. In addition, they were able to see how the table is related to graph and how it relates to the solution set.
