This is a great, fun activity to use when teaching older students about observations and inferences. They divide into groups and then use their observation and inference skills to solve 3 mystery cases.
This lesson comes with 3 scenarios, observation worksheets, suspect cards, and an answer key. There is also a whole class scenario included that you can do with your students as an introductory activity.
I created this lesson specifically with my school and town in mind but I've uploaded it as a word document so you can change it to fit your classroom.
