In this speaking activity students practice asking names, origin, and saying and understanding dates in Spanish. Students (Student A) pretend that they are responsible for organizing airport transfers for school groups who arrive from Central America to do exchange programs in local schools. Each group leader will call (Student B). Students ask their name and where they are from and then tell them their travel dates. Student A is responsible for speaking. Student B is responsible for writing what information they gather from student A. Students have an opportunity to play both roles with form A and form B. This is a great authentic style activity that motivates students to communicate in order to complete the task.
