This worksheet was designed to be used during ELA small group/center rotations.

When trying to find resources that aligned to this standard, I couldn't seem to find anything that worked for my students. As a result, I created this worksheet! Students will write down three facts they find in a text that they read or listen to, and clarify how they found out that specific information. I plan to put this resource in my listening comprehension center, but it could be used in various centers, as individual classwork, or as homework!

I hope that it works for you!
