This bingo board and log is a great way for students to find informational text structures as they read.
The bingo board is for students to find text structures (compare and contrast, problem and solution, cause and effect, chronological order, sequence, and description), and the log is for students to cite the page number/evidence of the text structure so they are held accountable. I always give rewards to students for completing rows which gives them extra motivation! My students really mastered text structures with this activity and it was a great assessment tool for me.
This can be be used independently, with partners/groups, or whole group. Enjoy!
