This file was created to help children struggling learning their sounds practice with their parents at home. I suggested hanging them up in the car, kitchen, and bathrooms. Here's a letter I attached to the packet as I handed them to parents after talking with them first:
Please make several copies of these sounds to be hung around the house (bathroom, kitchen, back/front door) and even in your car so your child can practice saying the sounds along with you. Please only hang up one sound at a time. When your child is familiar with that sound, take it down and put up several copies of the next sound for them to work with.
Please work with only one sound at a time, we don’t name the names, and the vowels (a, e, i, o, u) are short for right now. Consonants are the purest sound you can make: /d/ not duh, /k/ not kuh.
Thank you for your help!
