Product Description

This is an backwards faded scaffold inquiry lab that guides students through using NCBI's gene database to answer questions about the relatedness of species. The assignment has several phases have students explore the tools, use the tools to answer given questions and draw conclusions, and eventually formulate their own question, pursue evidence, and justify their conclusions.

This assignment is pretty advanced, and I would only recommend it for AP or collegiate students.
