Inquiry Based Learning Bundle - Inquiry Discussion Circles and Inquiry Notebook

Begin student inquiry with these two resources: The Inquiry Discussion Circles Guide and The Inquiry Notebook Guide. This is a great way to support Genius Hour in the classroom. Each of the lessons in this bundle is also available individually:

The Inquiry Discussion Circles includes activities to build a strong foundation for successful inquiry. You will find ideas to build an inquiry circle, suggestions for what inquiry circles look and sound like, developing the inquiry continuum over the course of a school year, guiding language to facilitate your Inquiry Circle, a Self-Reflection activity and word cards to display on your Inquiry bulletin board. The Inquiry Notebook Guide includes a cover page, a "Wonder Chart", "Gathering Information" template, co-constructed anchor charts and purposes for writing charts included in this unit. A useful teacher planning guide is included, walking you through the steps of jumpstarting an inquiry process with your students based on any topic or theme.
