Instructional Coaching- Peer Learning Observation Forms
Description
Inspire growth in teachers and ultimately students by incorporating peer observations in your school. Teachers sign up to attend the observations for topics that interest them or areas they feel they can improve. An instructional coach goes with these teachers to another teacher's classroom who has a strength in this area. They all observe for about 10 mins. Then, they use guiding questions at the bottom of each recording sheet to discuss what they saw and how they can implement the strategy in their own classroom.
