Take personification to a new level with Instrument Twitter. Give students the opportunity to interact on Twitter without unleashing them on *actual Twitter*! Feel free to modify the slides in anyway.
I like to leave this presentation in Google Classroom for students to work on simultaneously when I’m out for a day and enjoy watching the interactions that result. I usually discuss with students prior to assigning this activity that they will be required to use this “fake Twitter” like it’s real Twitter for the entire period with one catch -- they must interact as if they were actual living instruments of the orchestra. What would instruments say to each other? What other instruments would your assigned instrument follow on Twitter?
Recommended for use with Google Classroom, this tech-savvy, multi-day project will best fit classes with 1:1 technology or frequent computer lab access.
