Product Description
These Integer Fluency Quizzes area a great way to motivate your students to practice their integer facts! I used these quizzes for four weeks with my classes to help improve integer fluency and my students loved it!

Includes 5 different quizzes of each:
subtraction
multiplication
division

There are 10 problems per quiz.

I suggest giving students 90 seconds for addition and subtraction quizzes and 60 seconds for the multiplication and division quizzes.

I quizzed daily for a whole week on addition. There are five different addition quizzes available. One for each day of the week. I explained to my students that quizzes taken on Monday thru Thursday were considered practice quizzes. So I timed them and then had them grade their own quiz to see what they missed and how they scored. By doing this, students were able to identify their errors and learn from them. The quiz was then taken home to study for the next day. Friday’s quiz was the one I took for a grade so that is what they were practicing for. I quizzed on subtraction the second week, multiplication the third week and on division the fourth and final week.

Students were very enthusiastic and motivated to beat their previous score and time. Improvement showed in their scores! If I forgot about the quiz for the day, they reminded me. That’s how badly they wanted to beat their previous time and score. Now, when have you had your students intentionally remind you about a quiz? LOL

There are three of the same quiz on one sheet to save on copies and paper. For example, if you have 24 students then only make 8 copies.

Of course there are many ways to use these. I am just sharing how I used it successfully with my students.
