Get your Math students up and active with a Math Scavenger Hunt! Your students will enjoy the fun states theme! Check out the Preview to see what you'll be receiving :) In this activity, students travel around the room and solve problems involving integers and rational numbers.
This activity includes the following topics:
integer examples in real life
rational number examples in real life
the concept of zero indicating no change
graphing integers on a number line
graphing rational numbers on a number line
comparing rational numbers
As the teacher, just print the signs using the 2-sided setting on your printer and fold over the top edge to form a flap. Each student also gets an answer sheet, which are provided as part of this purchase. Students can start at any station. They simply open the flap and solve the problem inside. Students then search for the next sign that shows the answer to that previous question. Once they find it, they open the flap at that new station, and repeat the process. No matter where they start, their final station will lead them back to where they started.
