Many students suffer from differing sensory needs, including insensitivity and over sensitivity which can greatly impact their ability to access the general curriculum. Integrating some simple sensory stations into your classroom or setting up a sensory room in your school can have a great impact on these students' needs. This is a resource to help you get started in integrating sensory stations. This packet includes some directions and reasoning behind sensory needs and includes station numbers, student punch cards, and a pre and post anxiety/stress level assessment, aligned with 5 Point Scale for some data collection along the way! Additional to the resources provided are some easy to integrate activity examples that meet the needs of 5 differing sensory categories.
