Product Description
Love ♥ to make math meaningful? This Native American Math Unit does just that! The Native American Math Unit focuses on math skills while using numbers related to Native American tribes' Pre-European and current populations, Native American regions' average yearly temperatures and precipitation.

This is an engaging way to make mathematical skills have meaning. Students will have the ability to see why the numbers matter after recognizing the decline in population for many Native American tribes over time. Students will also consider which region was more to their liking based off the data for temperature and precipitation for each region.
