An Integrated Performance Assessment (IPA) all about a dream house!
As students learn how to talk about items, rooms, and things in a house as well as talk about where you’re from, they can begin to think of their dream home. This IPA has them create, design, and present their own dream home while exploring what the French thing about house design.
The document includes a rubric for each of the following tasks:
Interpretive: Explore the French Websites
Interpersonal: Answer a random question in French related to the research/exploration done on the websites
Presentational: Present their dream house in French to the class
This can be adapted with your specific unit/lesson number, depending on what textbook you use.
I take 3 days for work days and present the IPA on the 4th day in class!
