Product Description
This is a rigorous Arts Integrated based on Eve Bunting's book How Many Days to America: A Thanksgiving Story. During the project, students create artwork with chalk pastels and construction paper based on the book’s illustrations. Then, students write an essay to convey the emotions/mood they depicted based on three writing frames. You'll find lesson plans included as well as a printable sheet with student guidelines and writing frames. Also included: the original version of this product, which is more simple. It may be helpful for differentiating.
